Our functions include a comprehensive accounting process, seamless order taking, and a unique feature where orders are sent to embroidery & sewing displayed on a flat screen with project details and order date. We're in search of a system that supports efficient workflow – once a station completes its task, a touch screen should mark the order as completed and seamlessly transition it to the next station. Store Visit 1- Stock👉Service👉Instore POS My thoughts on a store I visited in Copenhagens 🇩🇰 largest shopping mall Fields a sports store called SPORT 24 STOCK👉 ❌ The stock on the mannequins was not easy to find anywhere in the store some lines were sold through but the mannequins weren’t updated to reflect the new stock on the fixtures near to them. ✅ The store was very well merchandised the product placement and blocking of styles and fabrics for cross selling and link selling was 💯 SERVICE👉 ❌ The service on the shopfloor wasn’t great we had to try and hunt down the team on the floor to get a size. ✅ The service at the till point made up for it we had a lot of great chats so the lasting impression was great. My only concern is if I didn’t purchase and had that interaction my lasting impression would of been negative. INSTORE POS👉 ❌ The digital screens were all in one section of the store a small area that was one particular brand of clothing there was screen overload. 3 screens all playing the same video which wasn’t impactful as it was too much to the eye you couldn’t pay attention on it. Each screen was too close to the other. ✅The digital screens in the store were impactful they made the product come to life through the videos playing. If placed in the correct way and had one instead of 3 it would of been perfect. ❌ The search for products and ordering system for customers to use instore was only available in danish there was no option for English so we actually couldn’t use it. ✅ Having an in store stock checker and ordering system is great but only catering for one language isn’t helpful. I know one Retail Media expert Sharon Yourell Lawlor BBS who would have loved to have seen these media screens and had a lot to say on them I’m sure. Let me know your thoughts below 👇

𝗔 𝗱𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘆 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗰𝗸𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁 lists tasks and items that must be completed and checked daily before a retail store opens for business with Store Opening Standard Operating Procedures, such as security, Inventory, merchandise display, POS system, cash registers, printers, etc. Here are some common components that might be included in a daily store opening checklist: ✅ Store checked for any signs of forced entry? ✅All lighting, surveillance cameras, and alarm systems checked? ✅Ensure exterior signage is in good condition and visible. ✅Clean and organize entryways and storefront displays. ✅Are shelves stocked correctly? ✅ Inventory counted and more products ordered if needed? ✅Are incoming shipments verified? ✅ Are all products on display clean, damage-free, and up to date? ✅Arrange merchandise and displays for an appealing presentation. ✅Verify pricing accuracy and labels. ✅Are POS systems, cash registers, printers, and phones functioning properly? ✅E-mail/website checked for customer queries/complaints and corporate updates? ✅Previous night's deposits checked and registers set up? ✅Turn on and test cash registers and point-of-sale systems. ✅ Displays or boards with the daily sale or upsell items set up? ✅Daily breaks, sales, or commendation boards planned and set up? ✅Open" sign posted at the Store?
