Preparation: Familiarize yourself with the candidate's resume and the job description to tailor your questions accordingly. 2. Active Listening: Pay close attention to the candidate's responses, ask follow-up questions, and show genuine interest in their experiences and insights. 3. Structured Approach: Have a clear agenda for the interview, including specific questions to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit. 4.
