EVP, Chief Pharmacy Officer, and President of Pharmacy and Consumer Wellness, CVS Health

One of the best parts of my job is seeing innovation in action that is better supporting our remarkable #TeamCVS colleagues, who are making a difference every day in their communities. This includes a recent story I heard from a #TeamCVS colleague District Support Pharmacy Leader Colby Butler, who has embraced our new dynamic workload sharing model. He believes it’s a gamechanger for our industry, enabling him to spend more time on what matters most — his patients. For nine years, Colby has, in his own words, been committed to his profession and CVS Pharmacy. But he has also experienced firsthand the impact of an unexpected call out from a team member or overwhelming patient demand. That is why he thinks our new approach to sharing workload across stores (where allowed) will continue to make it easier to source support and create greater engagement across stores. Now this is what it means to make healthier happen together for our communities.
