The Salesforce/Veeva split...The cost for the pharma clients. This is the final short clip in a series in which I touch on the cost that will be attached to this inevitable shift in strategy, no matter the path. This is from a podcast recorded earlier in the year with Chris Conner of Life Science Marketing Radio, but the ideas remain highly timely and relevant. As the SI's and others gear up for game-changing transformation and corresponding deployments and integration projects, (along with licensing new functionality), the tangible costs from a pure investment perspective will mount. What is critical (but perhaps less tangible) is working now to protect the field motion and HCP engagement workflows that drive revenue day to day and month to month. Disruption in the HCP Engagement process at the field level could have a material detrimental impact that may not show up for months. It is in this vital area that Mobile Locker is helping our clients prepare and also where we are seeing tremendous interest.
