My G-d, we are really scraping the bottom of the barrel if this is something that people are seriously saying. This is just insanely ridiculous and stupid… #CandaceOwens #massively #embarrassed herself in this #cringeworthy video where she #minimizes #Hitler and the #Holocaust, #engages in #historical #revisionism and repeats #antiSemitic and #NeoNazi talking points. #Adolf #Hitler did much worse then just #ethnic #cleansing. He killed #six #million #Jews and #five #million others. The #Nazis committed #outright #genocide. She claims the #Allied #Powers #ethnically #cleansed #12 #million #Germans. This is total #nonsense and a #misunderstanding of #history. What she is referring to is the #ethnic #cleansing of #Germans from the #nations of #Eastern and #Central #Europe by the #Soviet #Union and the #governments of those #countries AFTER the #war. She clearly had no clue what she’s talking about and is #historically #illiterate. The #expulsion of #12 #million #ethnic #Germans from #Eastern and #Central #Europe in the #Postwar #era was to be sure a #terrible #tragedy and a #piece of #history that deserves to be more well known. But it can NOT be compared in any way, shape or form to the #Holocaust. The #Shoah was something completely different and was #oppression on a whole other #level! It’s one thing to #expel a whole group of people from a #country. That’s bad enough. But it’s quite another to start a #campaign of #systemic #murder to #wipe them out!

As we celebrate our nation’s Declaration of Independence that happened 248 years ago, CONSIDER THIS: The American flag does NOT fly because it represents one political party or another. Our flag and this holiday are a reminder of founding fathers and brave soldiers who fought for our nation’s INDEPENDENCE and the FREEDOM to self-govern under GENUINE DEMOCRACY. It is a reminder for ALL races of our nation’s enduring commitment to JUSTICE, LIBERTY, and the importance of INTEGRITY (in the public eye and behind closed doors). As we navigate the complexities of these times, may we ALL choose to engage in encouraging THOUGHTFUL reflection and DIALOGUE instead of divisiveness. White supremacism is stronger than ever in America. A black man with his hands up was pulled over and assaulted with a dog in front of his child and all over ‘a license plate tag light being too dim’. As college students, faculty, and anyone supporting the Palestinians as they are being ethnically cleansed by their brutal military occupier, America is getting closer and closer to ‘The Threshold of Violence’. Don’t know what that is? The military does. It’s the point at which peaceful protest is abandoned due to its futility in lieu of a more radical form of resistance. Power is not surrendered voluntarily. Rulers and dictators don’t open their domination up to ‘elections’ which is why the upcoming Selection season is particularly impotent and sterile. Freedom doesn’t come through the military forces of a global economic regime. ‘Thank you for your service’ is a nonsensical slogan employed to further lead you to invest in this charade. You are an indentured servant with no choice. No power. No freedom.
