PowerSecure’s PowerControl Monitoring is tracking a system behind Hurricane Beryl. AL96, which is its current designation, is continuing to follow Beryl’s path as it strengthens in the Atlantic. The system is likely to form into a named storm this week, but it’s still too early to accurately predict the system’s impact. PowerSecure will continue to monitor the system’s path closely and update as the situation changes. https://bit.ly/4cGOVwD

Director of Emergency Management I Florida Professional Emergency Manager I Connector I Keynote Speaker I MSG U.S. Army (Ret)
At the 11AM update for PTC #16, NWS National Hurricane Center Miami FL stated that based on recent satellite and observational trends, the cyclone appears likely to strengthen during the next 12 h over the warm Gulf Stream waters. The more organized convective structure should also facilitate its transition to a tropical storm during the next 6-12 h as it starts to become separated from its frontal features and develops a smaller inner core. All interests along the US East Coast from the Carolinas northward should monitor closely and prepare. https://lnkd.in/eEs6RaBD
