"Unleashing the power of digital and data" was the mantra of our latest Speaker Series led by Partner François Cousi.   He discussed the increasingly pivotal role of digital and data/AI in driving business performance and generating new revenue streams, all while being deeply connected to enhancing customer experience and aligning with company organizational culture.   The discussion explored topics such as digital and AI strategies, innovative models for omnichannel distribution and revenue creation (such as retail media and data sharing), and transforming operational models with AI and Gen AI. PMP Strategy at the 4th edition of the Positive Media Project hosted by Publicis Media.   Alexandre Hennequin, Associate Partner at PMP Strategy and Senior Consultant Ingrid Dutel presented a study conducted by PMP Strategy and commissioned by Arcom, the French Authority for the Regulation of Audiovisual and Digital Communication and the Ministry of Culture.   The study, "Perspectives of the French advertising market by 2030" explores the decade-long changes in France's communication market and their impact on media.   Thank you to Alexandre and Ingrid for their contributions.
