After nearly three decades with Intel Corporation, I’ve decided to retire and embark on a new chapter. While this decision may seem surprising to some, my passion for innovation, growth, and the exciting possibilities ahead has driven me forward. From rising in Intel’s D2/CTM, starting up 16+ technologies, co-CEO of one the most successful JVs, to leading Intel’s Global manufacturing, supply chain, and operations—comprising 35K of the most remarkable individuals in the world—this journey has been an extraordinary privilege that I deeply cherish. Intel is an iconic company on an inspiring mission. My belief in the company its people remains unshakable. I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to Pat Gelsinger for his unwavering support, and to my incredible team around the world whose hard work and collaboration have been the bedrock of our success. I’m thrilled to pass the baton to Naga Chandrasekaran, whom I’m confident will lead us to even greater achievements. Thank you all for your support, friendship, and the wonderful memories we’ve shared. Here’s to new beginnings, and a bright future ahead!
