I recommend watching 'How to Win' by Daniel Gross to everyone. 👀 Good sleep and exercise are critical for decision-making. Since technology is now accessible to everyone, making good decisions is more important than ever. I come from the aviation industry. ✈️ In the cockpit, it cannot be emphasized enough how important decision-making is for the pilot. To make good decisions, pilots need good sleep. There are even regulations for this. I encourage everyone to create their own rules for getting enough sleep and exercise. https://lnkd.in/gjwQ9tvC

Founder at Kugle Corp - French Indie game studio - Making an online Mario-Galaxy-like game (playable cross-platform iOS/Android/PC/MacOS)
Funny to see the early prototype, step back, and then the full version. Their is soo many things to do in a video game to make it happen! The key word ? Iteration, playtest, iteration, playtest, again, and again, and again. In the process: finding the fun, and keeping it, and secondly: when it's good enough, polish, and work on something else, until everything is polished and good enough.
At the start of 2024, the team would like to send you their very warmest wishes. We thank you all for your presence, your feedback and your patience. May this new year bring you joy, health, success and many memorable moments. The year ahead is full of challenges, and we're going to do everything we can to thrill you. Happy New Year to you all! Here's a little memory video for those who want to see how far we've come.

CEO, Founder, Keynote Speaker, Author, Record Breaker, (Unicorn) Startup Product Manager, Accomplished Under 40
🏁🥢 Fresh from a nail-biting finish on Season 35 of The Amazing Race last night, Idaho native Joel Strasser CPCU, ChFC, MS, and I teamed up for a unique Guinness World Record attempt. Read all about it in my latest blog post: "Speedy Chopsticks: An Idaho Collaboration"! Last night, Joel, known for his incredible beard worthy of records, and his partner narrowly escaped elimination, clinching 7th place out of 8 teams. This close call, while they believed they were last, exemplifies the very essence of a growth mindset – the belief that abilities can be developed through dedication and hard work. In the spirit of that mindset, we set out to combine Joel's record-breaking beard prowess with my passion for speed and efficiency. The result? A captivating record-breaking attempt with chopsticks that goes beyond just skill. Discover our journey 👉 https://lnkd.in/gcEPneRf As a keynote speaker, I draw parallels between the grit seen on reality TV and the tenacity required to break records (and barriers) in life and business. If your team is looking for an infusion of inspiration and actionable insights on achieving the extraordinary, let’s connect. #AmazingRace #RecordBreaker #KeynoteSpeaker #Grit #GrowthMindset #Resilience

Four years ago I tripped into yet another opportunity, building One Day Agency. As with every other I came across, I said yes. Why? The learning opportunity was just immense to not take it as with all the previous ones. And that's how I got here today after a few countries and roles as a leader of an advertising agency: I focus on learning a ton and I care a ton. Over 30% of my weekly time is purely reading and absorbing content. And applying it, testing it, daily. In addition to some "hacks": - Change jobs regularly: you'll maximise the number of people you meet, the knowledge of each environment you can get access to, your financial potential, and so on unlocking more opportunities and knowledge. - Plan ahead: pick jobs that enable you the skills you will need in 2 years. Want to be the head of the department? Go into a job that will teach you all the knowledge needed to run that department. If that department has multiple silos, you guessed it, you'll need to learn all the silos meaning at times different jobs/roles. - Acquire self-awareness: talk to people openly about your shortfalls and seek advice, self-awareness is the most powerful tool for your personal development and career. - Open criticism: how are you going to do something better if you or your environment doesn't allow sharing ideas and criticism? You won't, you'll be average. - Don't fall into money traps: some life decisions such as buying a house or high-paying sales jobs are nothing but traps. I know, polarising. Great for the short term, really bad for the long term. - Invest in absorbing content, in learning, constantly, every day. You'd be surprised what 15 minutes a day does for you from unlocking new conversations or winning the pitch. Subscribe to relevant people on your phone. What are your hacks and advice to anyone looking to move the needle on their career?
Oof. What a ride! 😮💨 It's been an immense pleasure working in the last 4 years with incredibly talented people from our team to clients and our partners. So, thank you all of you. We'll continue working to do more and better, and keep your eyes peeled because in early January we have really exciting news of a new addition to the team. If you're in Manchester, please join us in the celebrations at Alberts Schloss this evening! Thank you ❤️
