ServiceNow CEO Bill McDermott is tired of the “soul-crushing” limitations that have defined the IT services business for the past 50 years.
McDermott, who started his career in IT as a cold calling sales rep for copier maker Xerox, sees a future where every business workflow in every enterprise in every industry is reinvented with GenAI at its core.
