I recently came across this interesting article in TabbFORUM by my colleague Ed Tyndale-Biscoe, Head of Product Management for ION Markets’ Secured Funding product, Anvil. He wrote about the new regulations introduced by the #SEC to improve the efficiency, competitiveness, and resilience of the #repo market by mandating central clearing for #cash and repo transactions involving #US #Treasury #securities. He discussed the technological challenges that market participants may encounter with this transition.
