One of the pillars that guide Pinnacle is Empathetic Customer Service. Last week, Pinnacle’s consulting team held its annual meeting in the Cayman Islands and heard from our clients in Cayman about why that empathetic customer service is so important. Pinnacle team members met to work on topics such as outstanding communications, the implications of AI, continuous learning and more. It was a great time of development for the team and great preparation for an exciting rest of the year.

Pinnacle’s offices are closed today for Juneteenth, our nation’s newest national holiday. Juneteenth was a keystone day in American history. It celebrates the day in June 1865 when the end of slavery finally became a reality for all Americans, and all of our fellow countrymen and women became “henceforward and forever free.” Pinnacle wishes all a happy Juneteenth!
