LOOKING FOR ADVICE: I have a lot of public speaking experience in front of small, medium, and large crowds over the last 18+ years but I am making a strategic career decision this year to do it more often (twice a month is the goal). I'd like to start speaking at events in one of the following areas: - Event Content Marketing (sports, entertainment, news, politics, festivals, etc) - Messaging & Storytelling for creators - Creative Team (Agency) Leadership and Team Development Anyone have any personal experience with speaker agencies or coaches who could get me in front of the right events/groups? **I know I need to double down on a speaker website, speaking more often to get marketing collateral, and improving my best talks.** I'm really just looking for anyone with experience building their speaking business or references they have who could help me.

And as an artist, I've been able to conceptualize and creatively direct entire product lifecycles and business solutions. But despite my diverse skill set, I'm not a programmer. And I've found that some talent acquisition specialists struggle to understand my career history. So, if you're having trouble understanding someone's path, take a step back and look at the big picture. See how their skills and experiences have evolved over time. And don't be afraid to ask questions. With a little effort, you can unlock the potential of any candidate.
