Wow! “185” well compensated “female engineers” at Phillips 66!! Those who serve within in the US energy industry should give this incredible company a ‘serious look.’ Many US energy companies “talk” about “empowering,” “nurturing” and “hiring” well qualified female engineers in the USA…Phillips 66 actually does (“Walk the walk”) the ‘real opportunities’ At Phillips 66 are incredible! Oil, natural gas, and even some other far less efficient sources of energy such as hydro, wind, and even solar remain ‘notionally important’; however, 91% of vehicles, and the vast majority of global industries rely very heavily on fossil fuels - and according to the most transparent research (IEA)- this FACT will be the standard - over the “next three” or ‘likely more’ decades. For those “critical thinkers” - don’t pass up on a truly lucrative and beneficial career - where your hard earned education, energy insights, with unmatched “OTJ training” at Phillips 66 can make an absolute world of positive difference! 🇺🇸
