More consolidation in an industry already heavily consolidated, and being sold to a foreign nation. Ball Aerospace is a leader in the U.S. satellite technology space, especially for critical U.S. defense systems. The more we consolidate, the less market competition and associated innovation we will continue to have. If we continue to globalize and sell our hard earned IP and assets to foreign entities, we put our American soldiers and citizens at risk. I hope the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission takes note and rejects this acquisition. Lockheed Martin is bolstering the global supply chain of its PAC-3 missile system through strategic industrial partnerships in Poland. These collaborations are part of the Wisla Offset Program, aiming to strengthen Poland's defence capabilities and technological expertise. Anna Ortylewski, the In-country Leader for the PATRIOT Advanced Capability-3 (PAC-3) Poland Offsets, emphasizes Lockheed Martin’s long-term commitment to Poland’s national defence. The partnerships focus on building technical capabilities within the Polish industrial base and creating sustainable, high-value engineering jobs. A significant development in this collaboration is the completion of key milestones by Polish defence companies, contributing to the PAC-3 program’s success. Wojskowe Zakłady Elektroniczne S.A. has achieved production milestones for crucial PAC-3 MSE components, and its success in these projects has positioned WZE as a potential bidder for future phases of the WISLA program. Wojskowe Zakłady Lotnicze Nr 1 S.A. (WZL 1) has also reached critical milestones, enabling them to produce PAC-3 MSE Launch Tubes, thus bringing a significant aspect of PAC-3 MSE production to Poland.
