Fusion 21 ✨ Ecogee is currently working on a four-year project as the main supplier for Fusion21’s £750million national Decarbonisation Framework. These works are specifically designed to meet the needs of public sector organisations such as NHS trusts, education providers, housing associations and more as they accelerate their journey towards achieving net-zero targets. We are one of only 23 firms working as part of the £500 million ‘Lot 1’, which provides solutions for complete house energy efficiency measures to the highest standards. This can include fabric insulation, ventilation systems and renewable technologies, such as air source heat pumps and solar PV. 🌟 Amazing few days at #fousmartenergy23 conference🌟 It’s been an inspiring couple of days at the Future of Utilities Smart Energy Conference. The keynotes delivered were refreshing and reassuring to know the sector are all wanting the same outcomes - a cleaner and more collaborative future for the energy sector. The keynote from Kieron Stopforth was incredible. To see that with the right innovation, tech and engagement, consumers can shift usage in times of peak strain on the grid quicker than it would take to pre-heat coal stations. This demonstrates the shift in consumer behaviours and engagement if we get it right. Shubhi Rajnish & Ralf Korntner’s keynote on Digital Twins and the Q&A session was a highlight. What a great pair to field questions about virtual models that mirror its physical counterpart and the role that plays in the energy sector was fascinating. #energy #octopusenergy #utilities #renewables #greenerfuture
