Super excited for this folks! 🥳 We go live with Hamleys today on Swiggy Instamart to deliver the finest toys of the world in 10 mins to all our customers. Be it Lego, Barbie, Hot Wheels, official Disney toys or hundreds of others - we'll have them delivered right to your doorstep starting today. Here's hoping we can delight a few kids (and some adults :)) with this launch. Many thanks to Kinjal Shah and Kanisht Agarwal for making this happen. PS: We went live in the morning and we apparently running low on some products already. Grab them quickly as we get busy restocking :)

Hi, Some of my unbelievably horrendous experiences with Swiggy forces me to write this message. Also, I wish the owners of Swiggy (all IIT’s and IIM’s jokers) should be reading this. To The Owners…or I wish you were in U.S or Europe…where you would be sued every day for your disgusting service. It’s India where some Junk heads like you one fine day decide to form a company and after it floats well shift to screwed customer service. Where Horrendous would be an understatement, so is your service in Tier 2 cities like Jaipur, Indore, Kanpur, Srinagar, Agra etc. Also, the resource management in these cities is pathetic, where a pizza upon delivery looks like Dal and Chapati…where the toping is stored in a corner and base of the pizza becomes a Chapati. Your customer care sucks, your executives on the phone suck, all they have is a bloody SORRY. It is not about a bloody order or money, it’s about how you take people of tier 2 cities for granted. I seriously wish that Tata launches a similar business model soon to screw people like you and further I see all of you owners looking for more work like “Vijay Shekhar Sharma” od Paytm today is. Soon would be Ex Paytm.

I ordered food from Swiggy last night, and they accepted the order. After 20 minutes, they tell me the items are out of stock and offer me alternatives that don't even exist. I tried calling the restaurant, but no one picks up. Then the Swiggy customer service guy tells me, after a whole hour, that the items are out of stock and they couldn’t reach the restaurant either. They canceled my order, and by that time, all other restaurants were closed. What the hell is Swiggy doing? Even Zomato, with all its issues, doesn’t pull this kind of crap. To top it all off, the Swiggy app kept showing my order was arriving in 11 minutes the entire time. False information everywhere. This is ridiculous and unacceptable order id - 177526420550449

I ordered chicken curry cut on swiggy instamart and received rotten and semelly product. When I talked with customer care they said mail to swiggy they ll only reply than i mailed I was shocked to see the reply they said we cannot provide you with a return or replacement for this product. They were directly denied. I lost my hard money. So please be aware of swiggy they can sell anything for money. They don't worry about customers.

Hi, I writing this in regards to your instamart services, your customer care is so poor, they cant give resolution in a time and writing to to wait for 6 hrs of timeline. After giving and showing them photo of products, still they asked me to wait. My money deducts in fraction of time and waiting for the refund or replacement for 6 hrs (wherein had ordered product since guest are comibg home) I can send you photo also Phani Kishan Addepalli

We have received non veg against the veg food. Against the afghani chaap afghani chicken delivered. I ordered this for my sister who does not eat non veg. I tried reaching customer care 3 time but no response. Photo for your reference. This is somethinge very bad and unethical.

Idea: There are lot of local golgappe / momos / fast food shop in almost ever other corner of societies. Can Swiggy bring them on instamart (10 min delivery ) please.
