ACQUISITION 🤝 Vetnique® Labs, a pet health and wellness company, announced it has agreed to acquire Lintbells | Home of YuMOVE. Upon witnessing success in various European #petfood markets, Ukrainian producer Kormotech Global is now targeting a new market: South Korea. The company has partnered with Careside Co.
