A green flag that the company is a great place to work is when the CEO, the PMs, and the other employees are all answering customer support questions publicly.

Five simple steps to level up your AI prompts: 1. Assign a goal. e.g., “I want you to edit this my writing.” 2. Share examples. e.g., “First, study these examples and recap my writing style.” 3. Proceed step by step. e.g., “Next, ask me for my draft to edit.” 4. Ask for variations. e.g., “Edit in my style and create 3 variations.” 5. Add constraints. e.g., “Keep each variation to 1 page each.” If you found this valuable, you'll love my new, complete guide on how I use AI that includes: • 8 AI tools that I can’t live without • 7 AI prompts for my PM and creator work • 7 custom GPTs that I created to save time • The best AI resources that I’ve found online 📌 Read now: https://lnkd.in/gS5VTSeQ

The longer I spend in product, the more I believe in shipping and learning fast. Shipping fast doesn't mean launching a half-baked product to everyone. In fact, making fancy internal docs and not showing the product to a single customer before doing a big public launch is a recipe for failure. Instead, shipping fast could mean: - Shipping a mock-up with real data to a user - Shipping a prototype to some alpha users - Shipping a beta to your user community Whatever helps you get signal quickly, reduce risk, and raise the quality bar before that public launch.

I see people make the mistake of trying to ship too much scope at subpar quality every day.

"Pushing yourself to do hard things is one of the best gifts you can give yourself." Nat Eliason is one of my favorite writers online. His new book, Crypto Confidential, is a real-life thriller about how he made and lost millions in crypto. In my new episode, we talked about: - Advanced tips to use AI to edit non-fiction and fiction books - How Nat pushes himself to run marathons, code, and write books through small wins - The dark side of the creator economy and how to avoid making content that you hate Some quotes from Nat: "I pasted all 80K+ words of my book into AI to make a wiki to which I can ask questions anytime to refresh my memory." "My lowest point was seeing all that money get drained, having to tell my wife, and just that feeling of self-loathing." "The creator trap is surrendering what you want to talk about to what the algorithms want you to talk about." Nat is an inspiration to me and I think you'll love our interview. 📌 Watch now: https://lnkd.in/gqAkxuYn Also available on: Spotify: https://lnkd.in/ghuw9FuX Apple: https://lnkd.in/gW9ZE_HX Newsletter: https://lnkd.in/gYYsy6Mm
