I now use Claude more than ChatGPT (even with GPT-4o) because it's superior at writing. This is despite Claude missing: - Edit prompt button - Custom GPT support I'm looking forward to ChatGPT Voice, but writing is still my top priority. Anyone else using Claude more? 📌 I keep an up-to-date list of my favorite AI tools and prompts here: https://lnkd.in/gv8czGQ7

I appreciate your insight on Claude, Peter Yang. Personally, I haven't been using Claude as much but thanks to this post and everyone's comments, I'll be sure to focus more on it! 😀

What do you think of just signing up for Poe and getting the best of both and more for the same monthly fee? (not sure if you'd get the voice thing with Poe, though). I've heard mixed opinions.

200% Peter Yang. I've been using Claude since June last year and always advocate that it is the best for writing (from emails to newsletters to short essays). I use Chat GPT 4o and others for different use cases but not for writing. I've been using Opus or Sonnet depending on the type of text that I've been writing. I would love to know which one you use more and for what type of writing (Sonnet, Haiku, or Opus).

For the past few months, I've preferred the writing style of Claude over ChatGPT. It doesn't delve as much 😀

I’ve been alternating between the different models and found Claude to give more usable marketing copy than GPT-4, but I’m liking GPT-4o more and more. But the game changer has been the ChatGPT Mac App - having 4o one shortcut away means that it’s now part of the workflow and not some SOS tool on the side

Yes, for the same reason, but I prefer Claude Opus in Perplexity because it integrates with research I work on.

How good is it actually for handwritten notes, any studies in this regard?

It definitely gets my style and formatting down better than Chat GPT. Even with custom instructions or custom GPTs, Chat GPT still for the life of me won't format in my style, lol.

100% Peter Yang It’s about 2x as good. I go and use chat gpt to produce some brainstorms and outlines to avoid the message limit and even have two pro accounts on Claude to continue writing. I also provide writing samples it made in the past to keep it consistent. It’s unmatched right now
