I'm about 6 months late on sharing this but here are some workplace trends to be watching this year. 😟 Worker stress is at an all time high at 40% globally (52% for US & Canada). 🙂 Worker engagement remains down since 2019. Hybrid has highest. 🤨 Worker trust in leadership remains down since 2019 but is improving slightly. 📉 Managers are getting squeezed - well being and engagement down 🔀 Organizations need hybrid strategy - it's the most expected approach As leaders, we must watch for ways to address stress with our team members and find ways to build trust. 1moI see our organizational system in crisis. Companies turning a blind eye to toxic leadership in the name of short-term productivity. Cultural movements and ESG narratives are created to strengthen the employer brand, but in practice the organization is sick. Something needs to change urgently.
