I'm about 6 months late on sharing this but here are some workplace trends to be watching this year. 😟 Worker stress is at an all time high at 40% globally (52% for US & Canada). 🙂 Worker engagement remains down since 2019. Hybrid has highest. 🤨 Worker trust in leadership remains down since 2019 but is improving slightly. 📉 Managers are getting squeezed - well being and engagement down 🔀 Organizations need hybrid strategy - it's the most expected approach As leaders, we must watch for ways to address stress with our team members and find ways to build trust.
