Any plans to adjust your exam shield software so that people doing exams can use the PDF course textbook they need for the exam without having to have a second laptop? Or is that what you got the award for? Maybe it was the character limited email fields meaning email addresses get chopped off at random points and you can’t reconcile your actual email address with the truncated one lodged against your user account so your learning record gets lost. Then again it could have been the policy that neither duplicate or multiple accounts nor learning records can be merged without an email from previous employer email addresses so that users end up with multiple accounts they can’t get into and their qualifications lost.
