For today's Emerging Leaders Board spotlight, we're featuring William Nodo! Will joined the board in February and is currently a Commercial Lender for Park National Bank. Will first got involved with PWC when he joined the Park National Bank team in 2018 for our annual Repair and Prepare Affair volunteering events, and he has participated ever since. “My favorite part is seeing the members' effort and excitement around supporting the mission of PWC," Will says of his experience thus far on the EL Board. Along with being a part of PWC, Will also enjoys visiting local parks such as Ault and French Park. And, in case you did not know, Will also participates in triathlons and travels to new places for the races. Thank you for being a part of the PWC Emerging Leaders Board, Will! We're so grateful to have you.

2moDo you remember the team-based learning assignment focused on The Social Entrepreneur's Playbook? As I remember each team was required to: Read and teach one another the methods in The Social Entrepreneur's Playbook Read "Disrupting Beliefs: A New Approach to Business Model Innovation” Read: “Business Model Innovation:10 Lessons for Nonprofits” Chose: A non-profit / social enterprise to analyze – as a team Captured (analyzed) the non-profit's / social enterprise's business model Developed a future state business model that incorporated the team's proposed innovations and then designed a lean startup experiment to test the premise of your new design. And now you are featured in the Emerging Leaders Board spotlight for People Working Cooperatively, Inc. Congratulations.
