This years Global 16 Days of Activism theme is ‘Invest to prevent violence’ For a decade, through our mahi and ongoing journey with men, we have seen the investment of healing firsthand. Last year, we put the question out there to men; If She Is Not Your Rehab then who is she? What we in Finance/Trading/Investing can do for ISRAEL & its VICTIMS:   We should all reach out to our trading counterparties and corporate relationships to encourage them (ask nicely) to support Israel both Financially and Verbally and in a public way. I was inspired by Rich Handler/Jefferies Leadership in this matter. I have had a good dialogue with the charitable arms at Cantor Fitzgerald and Seaport both of whom are working on something that we will soon see. I have had less success with my contacts at the bulge bracket firms, but MS has done something. If we all reach out to the firms with whom we are most engaged I believe this can snowball into action. This is a humanitarian cause and the funds can be donated to Hospitals and Search/Rescue. If you trade with Seaport/Cantor DM me and I will let you know whom to reach out to and thank them as they are working on something. If you need a draft letter, I have one that I can provide as well.
