Congratulations to Aypa Power on the successful closing of its $650 million corporate credit facility!   This transaction marks one of the largest corporate credit facilities in the industry and will support many aspects of Aypa's growing utility-scale battery storage and hybrid fleet.   PEI Global Partners was excited to work with Aypa again, this time to add term loan while also increasing its revolver and LC capacity, following the success of its initial $320 million facility that closed in January 2023.   PEI served as the financial advisor for Aypa alongside Kirkland & Ellis who served as its legal advisor.
