Today, the Biden Administration’s final guidance on applying Build America, Buy America requirements for infrastructure projects that receive federal financial assistance goes into effect. Petersen and Funkhouser outlined how these deficiencies pose risks of project delays and increased expenses and called on The White House to issue practical waivers for commercial IT, promoting efficient innovation, and supporting American communities.
