The Peace Corps is closely monitoring Hurricane Beryl as it passes through the Caribbean. All Peace Corps Jamaica and Eastern Caribbean Volunteers are safe and accounted for and supported by staff who have been trained to handle emergencies. Our thoughts are with the people in the Caribbean as they face the impact of the hurricane.

💟Thanks for the message. I lived and worked for 10 years in Dear 💚 Jamaica 🇯🇲 long after serving as PCV in Ecuador 🇪🇨. In Jamaica, we endured Hurricane 🌀 Ivan. Great to know Peace Corps is taking all the precautions there in the Caribbean this hurricane 🌀 season.☮️
