During a recent roundtable discussion with recruiters from around the world, PCRecruiter consultant Josh Fresenko found fairly broad agreement about the ethics of employing GPT tools in revising candidate resumes and CVs, as well as in composing candidate presentations to clients, and that it would generally be acceptable to do so without disclosure (unless required by law.) How do you feel about the ethics of using AI to portray a candidate, either by the candidate themselves or by the recruiter representing them?
