Respectfully, employers need to stop putting #easyapply options on their postings if they’re going to auto-reply to those applicants with links to WizeHire accounts and in-house long-form applications. That’s not what the feature is for, so it amounts to spam/misrepresenting their hiring process. If you want a long form application, or you’re aiming to skip over scattershot applicants, just say so. Using an #easyapply marker when your posting isn’t one is dishonest and sets a tone of mistrust with your applicants- what hoops will they be expected to jump through if they do get hired? Bad look.
