If you want to feel better about your progress, start identifying what winning looks like for you at the start of each week. It's an exercise the team at Thrive practices regularly and encourages our members to do the same. The win should be specific and measurable, so there's no question if you achieved it or not. Winning for me this week looks like getting every new member placed into a Thrive chapter within 72 hours of joining. 🔥 What does winning look like for you?

Man what a year it has been! Enjoyed celebrating with some of our guys talking about the highs (and lows) of the first year. Certainly the word pride comes to mind when I look back on the start of this journey. I’m proud of the relationships we have made in such a short time. We’ve worked in more locations and markets than I could have ever imagined. Those relationships with different developers, contractors, owners, government municipalities, etc. have made the difference. I’m proud of our quality. As a team, every decision we try to make centers around quality. How can we provide the best product for our client? Quality will always survive. I’m proud of our willingness to think outside the box and work on all types of projects. Facility maintenance, design build, govt, private, industrial, sub work, GC work, etc. Moving in and out on this type of work takes extreme organizational communication. Our guys have worked hard on this. However, what I’m most proud of is our TEAM. I’ve said it plenty of times but the hardest part of growing a business is getting people to join the journey. We’ve added critical pieces along the way that have made us better at each step. Our guys grind. They work in the rain. They travel. They work nights. Early morning. Late evenings. To them, it has become part of our culture; it is a culture that defines us. As I look back on this past year, I smile thinking about those tough days. Days that every business owner has had. Nothing is going right…working your tail off, etc. etc etc. But, the reason I smile is because I had a team standing right there with me willing to do anything to make it better. If that doesn’t wake you up in the morning, I don’t know what does…Cheers!

This ranking is based upon the period from 3/31/2022 to 3/31/2023 and was released on 01/09/2024. Advisor teams that are considered must have one advisor with a minimum of seven years of experience, have been in existence as a team for at least one year, have at least 5 team members, and have been nominated by their firm. The algorithm weights factors like revenue trends, assets under management, compliance records, industry experience and those that encompass best practices in their practices and approach to working with clients.
