I can’t fake it. When I’m not happy about something, chances are you will know about it or be able to tell from the look on my face. But when I love something? I really f*cking love it. I’ve been in this game too long to take on BS, so I make sure to only surround myself with A+ talent and clients I love creating for. I don’t give out compliments often because I don’t want them to lose their meaning. When someone on our team creates a genius design or executes a project flawlessly, I want them to know that I truly value their talent and dedication. It’s no secret that I’m a glass-half-empty kind of guy (come on, everyone can’t be the glass-half-full person - you need people like me to balance it out). I’m quick to find flaws in our work and not shy about communicating it.  That’s why when all cylinders are firing, and great work happens, I do not hesitate to reward it. I want my team to know when they are truly knocking it out of the park. We are in business because we do great work and I always want the contributing team members to know I see their value shining through. Bottom line: when excellence happens, I'm not just standing on the sidelines, I'm right there in the arena, cheering you on. How to live with the best performers around you? Am sure many of you can't stay a day with them, either you get fight or flight. Envy or quarrel. You can't keep going with them if you say I am only right, and want them to follow all what you say. You feel like they are a danger to your existence, A threat for your long built fame. Trying to put them down and show who you are is like trying to willingly convince a person, by putting a gun on his head. They don't want to be proven wrong, they already have what's right, they only want you to prove them In front of others. Because they have all different perspectives, and you were not welcoming that, you fear you would be swallowed and vanish inside them. You're yet again to understand, you could move three times faster than you would go with out them. You could have multiplied your efforts And quadrupled your results, had you known how to march together. You are so insecure to be around them, so either you be a fault finder or you run away from them. And yet there is a leader who can afford to build together, make an ally and colonize together. Than running away and staying in one territory. They overcome all the inferior emotions, and rise above all the top notch by this high and elevated emotional stance, Because of this they lead over all the Mega minds. Don't test your mind to see if you can lead extraordinary people, test your heart if you have the shoulder to occupy all those top skills and extract marvelous results! This requires that type of courage, energy and gut. Not quite the skill. Those people are not looking for that smartest idea, that brilliance that outsmarts them. They are already saturated with it, they are only looking for a higher energy level that can pull all those together and direct the team to a field. Some of the energies are repelling and colliding with each other, they got to have one master where they all can be attracted to.

Ever felt disrespected at work? I remember a time when I did. In my first job, I felt invisible. No matter how hard I worked? Zero recognition. Then I met a mentor Ayoola Olatunji who changed 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴. He made me feel valued and seen. Suddenly, My performance skyrocketed. That experience taught me to be a better leader. Here are 7 ways to how respect can transform your team: 1. Show Gratitude: Thank them genuinely. 2. Encourage Creativity: Let them try new ideas. 3. Offer Opportunities: Let them grow and learn. 4. Listen Actively: Show you care about their input. 5. Provide Support: Be there when they need help. 6. Acknowledge Efforts: Recognise their hard work. 7. Be Transparent: Communicate openly and honestly. When people feel respected, they exceed expectations. Imagine what your team could achieve! P.S. 1 thing I do to find a solution in a tough situation so you can do it too Step back and observe! A tough situation is tough to handle. At first the glance, yes. How do I solve this? I put distance to the situation. I take a step back. I observe to find more details. This allows me to not get emotionally involved. Emotions overwhelm your brain. Your rationale is clouded. You cannot make a sound decision. Tough situations demand a sound decision. Next time you face one you know what to do. Step back --> Observe --> Keep your rationale! Be a good teammate... 1. Show up…on time and be present 2. Proactively help 3. Communicate clearly 4. Actively listen 5. Accept responsibility, don't push blame 6. Be adaptable 7. Bring solutions, not gripes 8. Continual self-development 9. Be honest with feedback - respectfully 10. Celebrate others’ success 11. Empathize with other teammates 12. Take a hit for the team 13. Never leave a team member behind 14. Carry your weight (and maybe other’s when they are struggling) 15. Be self-aware and understand where your strengths and weakness are within the team 16. Genuinely care about the team reputation Great teams are built with people who put skin in the game. .

Completely honest questions, what do you do with the realists on your teams? Do you lump them in with your pessimists or consider them your negative Nelly? I have found they mostly get lumped into one of those 2 groups rather than being seen for who they are. Your realists are your truth speakers, who can see the big picture and understand what will or won't work. Is it because our egos won't let us see the truth or we want to maintain the optimism at all costs? I have found that the realist is your strongest ally because they don't have ulterior motives and truly want what is best for the team. They aren't the eternal optimist or pessimist or the manipulator. But yet, almost always discounted or seen as defensive. Let's do better by our realists! Let's give them the voice they deserve!

One of my most memorable pieces of advice is actually quite simple. Be nice. Being nice cost you nothing, but not being nice can cost you everything. Positive energy is contagious and I thoroughly enjoy all of the wonderful, positive moments I share with my team daily. #servantleadership

💞 Valentine Shoutout On this day, I want to take a second and say thanks to the squad I LOVE and that's been with me every step of the way. Looking back, I’m just blown away by the incredible people I’m lucky enough to call my coworkers. 1. Iskra Jacheva 🌸 - There was me, always a bit all over the place, and then there was Iskra, the metaphor of calm and clarity. Jumping into a brand-new project together, I was the one more likely to hit the panic button. Thankfully, Iskra, with her honest, steady hand and love for order, showed me the power of taking things one step at a time. Seriously, I’m just glad she didn’t lose her patience with me. 2. Martina T. 🌻- Martina’s leadership transformed the game for us, her empathy and communication levels are above the roof. Fun fact: Iskra and I both grew into team leaders under her guidance, proving that, indeed, leaders do create leaders. 3. Ana Vukas Atanasovski 🌼 - Before Martina stepped in, it was Ana who took me under her wing, showing me the ropes and what it means to truly persevere. Her lessons on grit and resilience have stuck with me, shaping who I am. 3. Milosh Tomic 🏔️ - The wizard behind our email magic, Milos has this incredible ability to control chaos with a smile! He’s the rock of our group, a true brother in arms, always there with a joke or as we like to say it - a man and a half. 4. Ratko Danevski 🌴 - Rade’s our cool-headed strategist, the guy who makes the impossible seem easy and always has the latest scoop. He’s got a talent for untangling the toughest knots and keeping things chill, no matter what. 5. Aleksandar Murovski 🌲 - The second eldest of our bunch, but you’d never guess it from the way he parties like we’re still in college. Ace is the heart of our team, always leading by example and making sure everyone knows they’ve got someone in their corner. Every challenge, every late-night hustle, and every win has been made better because of the people I’m surrounded by. Couldn’t ask for a better team. 🍸🍺
