The role is initially a part time role - 3 days per week - however this may grow as the business grows This is a standalone position but part of the RM Group HR team with myself and Rebekah Ross (Assoc CIPD) so you will have lots of support from us so you can excel in your role. It is a mix however between operational and strategic HR so you must be prepared to roll your sleeves up and deal with the ‘admin’ side of things as well as succession planning and beyond. You will partner with the business to align HR strategies with business objectives to drive employee engagement, manage talent development, ensure compliance with employment laws and support organisational growth, and ultimately, support the delivery of the overall strategy of the business from a people perspective. You will ideally have experience of working at a Business Partner or Senior Business Partner level in a small but global business with specific experience of working with America and it’s imperative you have a curious and ‘get stuff done’ mindset.
