Program Director - "What's Worthwhile?" Podcast Host
I'm excited to share Paco Underhill and I had a great discussion on the "What's Worthwhile?" Podcast. Paco is the best-selling author of "Why We Buy" and "How We Eat", Founder of retail space consulting firm Envirosell and food system futurist. Thank you Paco, for an inspiring conversation about how retail has changed since COVID (and how it will never change), how food production is going back to being local, and how biodegradable packaging technologies are a big part of a holistic environmental solution.

The Sustainable Wine Roundtable's Bottle Weight Accord is a voluntary collaboration in which signatories commit to reducing the average 750ml still wine bottle weight to below an average of 420 grammes by the end of 2026.
That, more or less, is about 25% carbon saving on every bottle. The SWR Bottle Weight Accord now has 15 retailer and other signatories with many more wine businesses, from retailers to producers, currently in the process of joining. Soon we will be at a billion bottles committed. We recently hosted a webinar on why companies should join, here: https://lnkd.in/dUzqSrFq
If you don't have time for that, listen to a short podcast on the process and outcomes, here: https://lnkd.in/d5QAvaMA
