PMC announces the acquisition of Chattanooga-based Bird Dog Parking. PMC will incorporate Bird Dog’s 33 locations in Tennessee, Alabama, and Missouri into their national portfolio. “With their dedication to exceptional service and elevating the parker experience, Bird Dog was a clear culture fit for PMC. We are excited to expand our commercial technology and valet services to new audiences across the Southeast and to welcome Brook’s and the Bird Dog team’s parking and hospitality expertise to the PMC family,” said PMC chief investment officer Tim Bewley.

PMC has acquired ParkPoolr, a technology-based company that manages booking and payment for parking at commercial properties. The acquisition enables PMC to expand into 21 new markets and incorporate ParkPoolr’s technology into their current tech suite, designed to streamline and improve the parking process. “We are thrilled to welcome Jackson Lefebvre and the ParkPoolr team to the PMC family. Their rapid expansion as a relative newcomer to the industry was remarkable and a testament to their exceptional services and technology,” said Matt Cahill, PMC president. “This will serve as the blueprint for future acquisitive growth.”
