Tenant fit-up/Interior Design Project Surrey Lane Boutique Gift Shop in Deal, NJ Completed in the Spring of 2018, this tenant fit-up was a relocation of the business to a larger (1500SF) space for increased display area and inventory storage. The design concept incorporates the linear look of the logo and couture fashion – black & white marble tiles, white acrylic cabinets with black edging and glass shelves, and metallic accents. Project Feature: Deli Cafe at JFK Airport 2500 SF tenant fit-up/redesign of the on-site Cafe space at the Prologis JFK Logistics office facility.
