Jugalbandi between who is better between XD Adobe & Figma is real rush in many organization, a connection of mine Sarath Raj G came up with a very simple explanation of why XD is simpler than Figma. Below is his response. The ones who think Figma is superior to XD are usually the ones who started their designing in Figma... The 5 Reasons why Figma can't become like XD 1. Low learning curve 2. Its UX is so good due to its simplicity (Minimalism) 3. Syncing with other Adobe products with CC(Ps, Lr, Ai) 4. Perspective 3D design 5. Repeat Grid Designers shouldn't be limited to any tools, when it comes to prototyping even Figma can't beat Axure RP (most designers haven't even heard of it)😂 In the end, it all narrow down to the requirements, usage, availability, each individuals with many other factors. Wireframing is a vital part of my design workflow. Wireframe helps visualize the structure of a project before diving into the details. Here’s my approach for a project I'm working on: 1. Set the project's goals and objectives: Understand what I aim to achieve. 2. Understand the target audience and their needs: Ensure the design serves its users well. 3. Sketch rough ideas and layouts: Get initial concepts down on paper. 4. Create digital wireframes using Figma: Develop more detailed structures. 5. Refine and iterate based on feedback: Improve the design. For this project, I used Figma to design the layout, navigation, and key elements. Next, I’ll refine the design and add visuals like color, typography, and imagery. Wireframes are important because they provide a clear, simplified view of a project's structure, making it easier to spot issues early and get feedback.
