Last night, we had amazing weather for the 42 CFR PART 2 celebration hosted by the Association for Behavioral Health and Wellness and Netsmart. The Partnership to Amend 42 CFR Part 2 worked for eight years to more closely align the treatment of substance use disorder records with the way all other health and mental health records are treated.
