That's kinda what you're doing to your social media post if you wait until you're about to hit post to come up with your caption.. You don't necessarily have to know the entire caption in advance, but you should be thinking about it once you take the photo or record the video that you're going to post. --> This will lead to an easier posting process and a far better caption for your readers and viewers. When a public message is "you are not doing enough" I encourage you to review the source and motive of the messenger. So much on social media today is personalized to reach others and even invoke guilt. Evaluate the message, evaluate you and make your own personal decision about what is enough. Whoops! See even I posted a public message using "you". Let me rephrase and say what I really meant... I evaluate the message, I evaluate myself and then make my own personal decision about what is enough.
