Recently, I received my Official SHRM-CP certification score report and found out that I was 10 points away from passing. It was disheartening to know that I had one area where I lacked and if I had answered a few more questions right, I would have passed. Nevertheless, it's time to study again and get ready for the next testing window. I am determined to improve and pass the next time around. #SHRMcertification #HRprofessional #continuouslearning

Senior Talent Advisor | Talent Manager | Recruiter 🎯 I help people to realize their dreams and be successful in their job and life 🍀
Where on earth would I find time for SHRM certification? This is what I thought initially. I often heard from my colleagues and seniors that having a SHRM certification gives employers the confidence, that they are in safe hands when it comes to employee’s skills, knowledge, and HR expertise. But, for me, a certification not only increases credibility but always adds valuable perspectives. My journey to achieving the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification was nothing short of an odyssey in my career narrative. It was a challenge I gave to myself to complete it in record time of 21 days. (because that was all the time I could cramp from managing work and home). But boy! I slogged in those 21 days (about 120 hours). I used the SHRM LMS and SHRM BASK for my preparation and it was really helpful preparing me for the situational questions. Each module of study was a thrilling adventure, adding new layers to my HR understanding and challenging me to think beyond my limits. With every module, I felt my perspective shift, my skills sharpen, and my resolve to succeed strengthen. Now, holding a prestigious HR designation conferred by the Society for Human Resource Management in the United States, I feel a deep sense of accomplishment. This certification is not just a credential; it signifies my commitment to continuous learning and a dedication to driving positive change in the organizations I serve. I am excited about the journey ahead and grateful for the transformative impact this certification has had on me. #SHRMCP #HRProfessional #ProfessionalDevelopment #HRLeadership #CareerGrowth #EmployeeRelations #CPHRCanada #HumanResources #SHRMCertification #CareerAchievement #CPHRDesignation #HRMatters #HRCommunity #HRInsights
