Pacific Elm Properties is thrilled to be leading the redevelopment of the 80-acre campus around the PNC arena in Raleigh, North Carolina. The Carolina Hurricanes, just committed to a long term lease agreement to remain at PNC arena through the 2043-2044 season, and the redevelopment of the surrounding campus is an exciting next step. Tom Dundon, owner of the Hurricanes, and majority partner of Pacific Elm Properties commented, “The expansion of our dynamic sports and entertainment offerings beyond the walls of the arena will provide fans with a world-class experience.
