Cloud Sales Consultant| I help MSP's with data/billing consolidation at CloudBilling ☁️

Couple weeks off posting, but I'm back with some "exciting STATS"! (I know those two words don't combine well together but bear with me here...) Came across this article today talking about the exponential growth of multi-cloud environments in the UK. Here are my takeaways: :- In the next one to three years, the UK's use of multiple public clouds is expected to rise to 46%, far exceeding the global average of 26%. :- Sustainability remains the big focus, with 92% of UK organisations prioritising sustainability, focusing on increasing investments, followed by IT modernisation. :-In the UK, 59% of organizations recover from ransomware attacks within hours, the fastest rate among surveyed countries, despite recovery times being similar across other regions, taking in many cases days to recover. It seems like the UK is taking the lead in terms of Cloud adoption & IT modernisation which is proving to be largely beneficial for most companies, improving efficiency and cost optimisation heavily. What do you think, do you see the United Kingdom at the forefront of IT modernisation in Europe? What do you make of the cloud backlash? Seems a few companies, particularly those at significant scale, are going back to an owned ‘tin’ model and running their own infrastructure.
