JSHeroes Community, held annually in Cluj, brings together JS and Web/Frontend enthusiasts, providing quality content and amazing networking opportunities. Our amazing HR team booked the first flight to P3rlin to attend the Global P3 HR Meeting! ✈️ 🤗 Upon their return, they shared their experiences with us: “Fun experience, always a pleasure to meet the other HR colleagues to discuss and debate our ongoing struggles. Brain storming about the solutions to each entity’s difficulties, sharing what worked for each of us and what didn’t, to inspire each other on doing our best to be there for all the colleagues in need and for the company. Every year we get to know each other better, and through our booster games, to have an ongoing list of topics to discuss in our common meetings. Also, had a sneak peak of Berlin thanks to our awesome guide and MC, Percy. Looking forward to the next live meet-up with all the global HR team.” 🤩 Let’s see how next year’s adventure will be. 🤗 We had an amazing time at our first AAOS meetup! It's always inspiring to connect with passionate and knowledgeable people. My expertise lies in specific components of the AOSP, particularly SystemUI and Launcher. One aspect I particularly appreciate about AOSP is its high degree of customization, where even small changes can have significant results", said Vlad. "In an environment centered around automobiles, I am not really a big car guy. I can say that: I don't care about your car's horsepower, but I really love to see its infotainment system."
