Brad and the All Blacks understand the importance of 'full time' values. The behaviours that teams or companies must demonstrate in order to live by the values they espouse. But how can you create this? In the most recent Elite Team Talks episode, Brad explains how the All Blacks create full-time, not part-time, values. But with a global, connected workforce, and competition for talent at an all time high, how can companies create resilient teams who live by the values they espouse when the going get's tough, rather than jumping ship? Her life and work experience to date led her to launch Inclusive Change, a change management consultancy with a focus on building neuro-inclusive workplaces and customer experiences.
