Do you think #AI has a place in education? We do. At Outschool, we're championing the integration of AI in education, contrasting with the cautious stance of many traditional educators. Yes, some fear AI could disrupt established methods, but many homeschoolers see it as a collaborative tool that enhances personalized learning, particularly for gifted and neurodiverse students. That said-- embracing AI doesn't mean replacing teachers. Instead, we think it can enhance their ability to provide differentiated, high-quality education. What do you think? Hot take: one-size-fits-all education is over. We're witnessing a transformative shift in education, and spoke to Newsweek about why. Parents are increasingly opting for homeschooling, driven by the need for safer, more personalized learning environments. According to KVUE, withdrawals from public schools to homeschool increased by 40% in the spring of 2021 compared to the previous year 🤯 Many parents have seen their kids thrive outside traditional classrooms. "He just blossomed," one parent said about her son’s progress. More and more, families are demanding customized education that aligns with individual needs and values. As our CEO, Amir Nathoo, said, "Education should be as unique as each child. Outschool is committed to providing flexible, engaging classes that inspire curiosity and passion." Well, Outschool is here to meet this demand with diverse, engaging classes tailored to every child. Read the full article here! https://lnkd.in/gCp6xtMb

Bringing our global team together was more than just a logistical feat; it was essential for fostering community and collaboration. These face-to-face interactions allowed us to connect deeply, share diverse perspectives, and align on our vision for the future. A "one-size-fits-all" approach to anything tends to leave out valuable players. That's not the kind of world we'd like to live in-- and that's certainly not the type of education system we're building here at Outschool. Every kid’s mind is a different size and shape, thriving at its own pace. It's our goal to give them the space to grow in their own way. This is one of the main reasons we launched our new Self-Paced classes. Because students deserve to learn their way, on their own time, with expert educator support. Explore our Self-Paced classes here. https://lnkd.in/dkMfdNVP
