Can AI replace SDRs, BDRs, AEs, and sales in general? In my opinion, it is impossible to replace salespeople with AI, at least not for now. There’s a human touch in sales that AI cannot duplicate. A crucial part of our job is to build relationships. Therefore, as soon as a prospect knows an AI is trying to sell, everything loses value. However, we can use AI to help us with research.
