🚨 Exciting News! We’re thrilled to be featured on CNN’s "The Lead with Jake Tapper" with CNN National Correspondent, Athena Jones! This segment discusses how prioritizing skills over degrees can provide opportunities for talent without college degrees to succeed and may help bridge an important racial gap in our society.  Highlighting the OneTen coalition’s role at the forefront of the skills-first movement, the story features our CEO Debbie Dyson discussing that moving forward, skills required to do the job, vs degrees, will be the golden ticket to put talent on a sustainable path.      In the segment, CNN shines a spotlight on the incredible journey of Amari Morgan, an Associate Controls Technologist at General Motors, a OneTen coalition member. Amari transitioned into the tech field through completing tech training programs at Per Scholas, a OneTen talent development partner, which led to her role at GM.
