Lean is much easier to do when collaborating with other Duct Manufactures! If you are at four minutes and you think that’s the best you can do, and somebody comes in and cuts that time in half, if you don’t know what else is out there, you’re blind to it and there’s so many small improvements just like a little little things and when you have this available, I really think that you can’t afford not to. It changes just how the shop works. I feel like the shop that I work at the founder and now the current owner have always had this mindset. I’ve always had this Lean, continues improvement mindset, but they weren’t able to execute like we do now. So even if you think you can do it yourself, it’s much easier to do it with other people.
