Young people are a powerful force in the fight for a more inclusive and equitable technology ecosystem. However, cultural, social, and infrastructural barriers often prevent youth-led organizations and intergenerational partnerships from accessing funding and realizing their full power and potential in shaping responsible technology. Since launching in 2023, the Responsible Technology Youth Power Fund (RTYPF) has raised over $4.5M to support youth- and intergenerationally-led initiatives addressing responsible technology. Now, RTYPF is inviting organizations to submit proposals to join their next cohort: www.rtyouthpower.org We are proud to support RTYPF in partnership with Hopelab, Susan Crown Exchange, The Archewell Foundation, Reynolds Lookup Fund, ENLIGHT FOUNDATION, Arthur M. Blank Family Foundation, Oak Foundation, Pinterest, Pivotal Ventures, Carmel Hill Fund, and the AI Collaborative.

Partner spotlight 🌟 National Student Board Member Association (NSBMA) To forge a more equal and connected society, we need to reimagine systems shaping our daily lives around the human need to belong. To belong is to feel safe, be seen, and have your voice matter—young people and students are not an exception. NSBMA works to connect, support, and educate student school board members and other stakeholders to ensure meaningful representation of student voice so that the education system prepares all students to thrive. In our new video, hear from former student board members about their experiences, the value of the NSBMA, and the impact of student representation on education governance 🎥👇

Over the past decade, private equity firms have poured more than $750 billion into the health care sector. But rather than delivering lower prices and better quality to patients, this buying frenzy has resulted in concentrated market power and contributed to a brewing public health crisis 🩺 At Omidyar Network, we’ve been working to call attention to harms like these and rewire the rules of our financial system so that shareholder profit does not come at the expense of individuals and communities. Our partner Welcoming America shows us that refugees and immigrants don't have to be alone in doing that. At Omidyar Network, we believe diverse societies thrive by making room for all to belong.
