At the Campaign Global Agency of the Year Awards, OMD Worldwide scooped the coveted Global Media Network of the Year award, OMD EMEA won Best Network of the Year (Europe), and MG OMD took home a trio of awards, including Media Agency of the Year, Best New Business Team and Agency Leader (Media) for CEO Natalie Bell. For OMD Worldwide’s prestigious recognition, the judges were impressed with “how the agency is using its position of leadership to push the industry forward”. 🌟 A Milestone Moment 🌟 Today, as I step into my new role as Chief Digital Officer, I find myself reflecting on the journey that brought me here. Many friends have kindly wondered and asked me why I am embarking on my third Master's degree, why I wake up at 5 am to study, and why I choose to go for a run after a long day or week. My answer has always been about the power of self-discipline, staying focused on your goals and objectives, and the necessity of stepping out of your comfort zone to achieve anything of significance. Steve Jobs once said, "Stay hungry, stay foolish, and only when you look backwards will you see how you connected the dots. You have to trust in something - your gut, destiny, life, karma, whatever." This quote has been a beacon for me, showing me the path of continuous learning and growth. I am grateful to my team, my colleagues, our clients and my family for their ongoing support on this journey. Their faith in me has always been a source of strength and motivation.
