Out today, my colleague Raúl Simmons Pérez has published 'Segment of one’: how CSPs can achieve hyper-personalisation'. I love this topic - the 'segment of one' has been the dream of dynamic ad-insertion solution providers for as long as I've been in the industry. GenAI broadens the way that this tailoring can occur. While the report focusses on telecoms services the same idea very much applies to pay-TV and streaming video services. Companies that can expose customer data in real time and automate the analysis at scale can use GenAI tools to improve a wide range of interactions and use cases in areas such as marketing, offer creation, messaging and journey orchestration.
